Our Approach

Therapy built for real life.

At Willow Bridge Counselling & Wellness, we believe therapy should support the life you are actually living - not an idealized version of it.

Many women carry invisible expectations: to be calm, capable, productive, patient and endlessly resilient. When anxiety, burnout, illness, or life transitions disrupt that image, it can feel like personal failure.

It isn’t.

Willow Bridge Counselling and Wellness was created to offer experienced, knowledgeable support without jargon, pressure or fluff.

Support should meet you where you are.

A peaceful scene of a red arched bridge over a calm body of water, surrounded by lush green trees on both sides.

Our approach is collaborative and practical.

Therapy is not about “fixing” you - it’s about understanding patterns, strengthening coping skills, and creating meaningful, sustainable growth and change.

Meet Our Team

Hello!

I’m a Registered Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting women from diverse backgrounds through anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, and life transitions. I’m especially drawn to working with women who are used to holding it all together — those who are capable, dependable, and often carrying more than others see. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches, but always tailored to the realities of your day-to-day life.

I created Willow Bridge Counselling & Wellness to offer the kind of support many women are missing — practical, steady, and realistic. As someone who understands the pressures of balancing career, motherhood, and personal health challenges, I bring both professional expertise and lived insight into our work together. Therapy here isn’t about striving for a perfect life — it’s about helping you feel more grounded, more clear, and more supported in the life you’re already living.
