Meet Norma Alford, Registered Social Worker

A practical, compassionate approach to counselling for women across Ontario.

Virtual counselling for women navigating anxiety, burnout, chronic stress, health challenges and life transitions.

Hello, I’m Norma

I’m a Registered Social Work with more than 15 years of experience supporting women through anxiety, burnout, chronic stress and life transitions. I’m especially drawn to working with women who are used to holding it all together - the capable, dependable ones who are often carrying more than others see.

My approach is compassionate, practical and evidence-informed. I believe therapy should make sense in the context of your actual life, not ask you to become someone you’re not.
