Willow Bridge Counselling and Wellness is based in Muskoka, Ontario. Through virtual therapy, we proudly support individuals across the province.

That depends on your goals. Some clients benefit from short-term focused work (8-12 sessions), while others prefer ongoing support. We provide practical support from your first session; we base our work together on mutual feedback and progress towards what you want to achieve.

Our free consultation is a no-pressure opportunity to explore whether this feels like the right next step and whether you will benefit from therapy, coaching or other services. 

Our fees are based on service provided as follows:

Individual Counselling - Intake Appointment (175 minutes) - $175.00

Individual Counselling Follow Up (50 minutes) - $150.00

Coaching - New Client - $175.00

Coaching services are provided at an hourly rate of $125.00 or at discounted package rates. Please inquire for further details.

Payment is due 24 hours prior to the time of service (appointment time). Payment can be made via credit card or e-transfer.

Receipts are provided for insurance reimbursement. Please check individual plans for coverage.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice are not charged.

Appointments canceled within 24 hours are charged the full appointment amount.

Many extended health benefit plans in Ontario cover services provided by a Registered Social Worker (RSW). Please check with your provider regarding your specific coverage. Unfortunately, we do not direct-bill insurance providers at this time.

Coaching services are not covered under RSW services.
